I am starting a study blog of the Gospels, mainly to keep myself in the word but also because everyone just talks and quotes the books of Paul not Jesus at all.  I looked for places but didn’t find any, found even what is called Red Letter Christians with lots of blog posts but hardly a quote from Jesus in anything I found.  Some refer to the Gospel book but don’t quote much of anything.  I am a christian that thinks Jesus words outweigh all teachings and if they differ then I believe Jesus.  Jesus says this about His words, and there are no other words said that about:

Matthew 24:35  Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away.

Jesus also said this:

Matthew 4:4  But he answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God.

I enjoy hearing the chapters being read to me so do use audio Bible in study.  I sometimes hear a word and do word searches and read the gospels with the word in the text in my studies.  I will also use the concordance for word meanings sometimes.  I will put links to make these easy for anyone wanting to do study.
